mAin ://about this project ...GNU/Linux is moving!

GNU/Linux is wearing the blue jacket. IBM has released CBEA, a new computer architecture which has been revealed as one of the most advanced engineering products of this new century. And it runs the best operating system, of course.

This project is my first try to program Cell Broadband Engine Architecture (CBEA). During 5 months I have learned all about the new concepts of this architecture and then, through the first release of the IBM SDK, I have achieved an alpha implementation of the Smith-Waterman algorithm.

Be welcome to Viability of CBEA for scientific computing, the project that aims to finish my Computer Science career at FIB.
